| Horseback riding is the main
activity every day except Sunday. As the Goodwins say, "Our horses are all
colors, sizes and speeds." Most guests ride each morning and early risers can
help wrangle the horses. People are welcome to groom and saddle
their own horse if they wish, or we can have your horse ready for your ride. We have
staff to give you personal assistance and lessons if needed.
The scenery of the Bighorn Mountains is spectacular, and
there's no better way to enjoy it than on horseback. We break into small groups of
riders and ride in the mountains, on trails and in the open country. We also do
all-day picnic rides.
Mountain horseback rides provide beautiful panoramic views of
the area. Guests are encouraged to bring a camera.
